Customer Concern: sticky wax underseal causing muck and debris to stick, client wished for a hardier system that is not only effective but looks good.

Our process included:

vehicle strip down
To gain access we stripped bumpers, wheel arch liners, undertrays, exhaust and heat shields
Thorough Dry Ice Blasting
We started with a full dry ice blast to strip away dirt, grime and old underseal coatings
Detailed Inspection & Surface Preparation
With the underbody fully cleaned, we then prepared for our coatings.
Components were masked where necessary to ensure a neat finish. Brake lines, fixings, and vulnerable fittings were all treated with care.
IGL aegis anti-corrsion system
The entire chassis and suspension were coated with our premium, 2k aegis, a graphene infused anti-corrosion clear coat with outstanding durability. also using a combination of cavity waxes for long-term durability.
Final Detailing
The engine bay got a full dry ice clean and industrial ceramic coating Eclipse applied. Upon completion this vehicle got a thorough clean using IGL detailing products, finishing with IGL enhancer for gloss and protection
