Our Process

We believe in doing things right—and showing you every step of the way. Here’s how we deliver long-lasting,
professional underbody protection tailored to your vehicle:

1) Inspection & Consultation

We begin with a detailed inspection of your vehicle’s underbody and structural cavities. Based on its condition, usage, and environment, we recommend the most suitable preservation treatment.

2) Surface Preparation

Using Dry Ice Blasting or Steam Cleaning, we remove dirt, underseal, rust, and contaminants to ensure optimal adhesion for coatings. Clean prep is key to a long-lasting finish.

3) Corrosion Treatment

If rust is present, we can utilise Media Blasting techniques to remove it entirely, depending on severity. This ensures a stable base for paint and sealant systems. Rust Conversion Products can also be used for corrosion treatment.

4) Anti-Corrosive Coatings
& Underseals

Using marine-grade 2K epoxy primers, anti-corrosive clear coats or underseal coatings, and protective waxes., we ensure a lasting protection. Depending on application techniques, our work is designed to withstand the test of time, offering reliable performance for 5 to 15 years or even longer.

5) Cavity Waxing and Sealing

We use specialist 360° injection nozzles to inject sills, chassis, crossmembers and subframes. ‘creeping’ properties in cavity waxes ensure overlapping panels and tight areas are fully protected. We can also wax internal body structures like doors, pillars, bonnet and more.

6) Aftercare Advice

During the process, we provide a comprehensive album of photos and videos of the work carried out.

Once complete, we give Maintenance Advice to help you get the most from your treatment and keep your underbody protected long-term.

Underbody Protection for Off-Road Vehicles

Your 4x4 faces harsh conditions—mud, salt, water, gravel, and constant impact. We’ve developed rugged, impact-resistant preservation systems built for off-road environments.

We begin with thorough surface prep (media blasting or dry ice cleaning), then apply high-adhesion 2K epoxy primers and polyurethane topcoats designed to handle abuse. Add cavity wax injection system for full-coverage rust protection.

✔ Durable. Proven. Built for adventure.

Underbody Protection
for Classic Cars

Classic vehicles require a careful balance of authentic restoration and modern corrosion prevention. Our service starts with non-invasive cleaning (dry ice or low-pressure blasting) to remove rust without damaging factory finishes or vintage parts.

We then apply zinc-rich primers, 2K coatings, or period-correct finishes based on your restoration goals. We also protect internal sections with cavity wax to ensure long-term integrity without affecting future work.

✔ Protect your investment. Preserve its legacy.
