What We Did
This Civic came to us with a preveous, lanolin coating applied, customer stated he wished for it removed and a hardier system in place.
Our process included:
Thorough Dry Ice Blasting
We started with a full dry ice blast to strip away dirt, grime and old coatings. This left an ultra clean surface in preparation for our coatings.Detailed Inspection & Surface Preparation
With the underbody fully exposed, we inspected all components for damage or excessive corrosion. This vehicle was in good condition.IGL coatings AEGIS rust protection system
The entire underbody and suspension were coated with an industrial grade, 2k anti corrosion clear coat, lasting 10+ years. we used a combination of cavity waxes and underbody protection for long-term durability.Final Detailing
Components were masked where necessary to ensure a neat finish. Brake lines, fixings, and vulnerable fittings were all treated with care.
